Marble polishing is a much sought after service for homeowners with Marble tiles. Marble in particular really does look incredible with a high-polished finish. Some believe that polished floor tiles are harder to maintain.
Honed tiles have a slightly rougher surface. Honed marble will not show etches and scratches as predominantly as its polished counterparts. However, polished marble will repel stains better, because the surface is less porous.
