Cleaning stone floors is an art. Why is this? There are many individual intricacies that can occur. It is therefore important that you are able to come up with a solution for these as they arise. We have patented cleaning technology, cleaning solutions and all treatments to suit any hard surface.
As an independently owned and operated company, we have full say over the products and machinery we use. No one dictates these to us, and this is really important for our clients. Why is this? It means that can completely tailor our service towards the individual project. If there are certain issues or demands, we are able to carefully select products that will sort these. This comes from many years’ experience.
MCS Stonecare operators have been trained by Nu-Life and are fully qualified and insured in all work and treatments undertaken.
One of our clients commented:
“Mark initially came to quote and demonstrated on a section of the floor (hidden under a mat) the difference that his restoration work could make. Impressed, we asked Mark to proceed, when he met and in some cases surpassed expectations. Apart from a deep clean plus polishing of the tiles, Mark even managed to remove ingrained grout on the tile surfaces dating from when the floor was (poorly) installed. 10/10. Thanks Mark.” – Customer in Ingatestone
What You Can Expect
We include a pre-clean survey on all our jobs as standard. This is a really important part of the process. We survey and clean an area of the customer’s choice where possible. This allows us to showcase our stone restoration expertise. It also allows our clients to ask questions and get to know us. We are able to discuss any limitations and results we expect to achieve.
